Job Description

1. Definition and Cost Monitoring:

• Define the organization’s requirements for cloud computing applications.
• Monitor costs and recommend solutions in alignment with the government budgeting authority.

2. Organizational Planning and Readiness Assessment:

• Develop an organizational plan in coordination with team members.
• Ensure the readiness of digital infrastructure for data and trade before project implementation.

3. Cloud Computing Environment Development and Operation:

• Develop and operate the cloud computing environment, ensuring system installation and maintenance.
• Monitor readiness of IT infrastructure components such as websites, support systems, messaging systems, and cloud computing products.

4. Cloud Computing Data Design and Management:

• Design and manage cloud computing data to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and electronic data integrity preservation.

5. Program and System Operation, Support, and Maintenance:

• Operate cloud computing programs and systems, providing daily monitoring and user support.
• Respond promptly to any technical issues within the framework of the position’s responsibilities.

6. Data Center Management and Disaster Recovery Planning:

• Manage the main data center and virtual branch centers, resolving performance or backup problems.
• Work on developing a disaster recovery center on cloud computing, ensuring availability 24/7 and proper data backup.

7. Governance Design and Security Implementation:

• Implement robust governance designs for cloud computing.
• Design and operate cloud computing security systems according to government standards, conducting regular security challenges on operating systems.

8. Coordination and Issue Resolution:

• Coordinate internally with organizational units, external entities, and relevant centers to address issues related to servers, data centers, operating systems, and cloud computing systems.

9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor the performance of cloud computing, servers, and operating systems.
• Provide daily reports on system availability, performance, and storage capacity to senior management.

Experience required: minimum of 5 years

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
