Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, providing timely solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with setting up new user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
• Assist with the deployment of new software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to address more complex technical issues.
• Educate employees on IT best practices and provide training on new systems or software.
• Maintain security protocols, ensuring that all systems are up to date with patches and antivirus software.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
