Job Description

• Provide overall expert support to all IT users and management, both onsite and remotely.
• Protect the Company and Company data from cyber threats/malware/viruses evolving email and web threats etc.
• Manage the Company’s email, server and hosting. Including creating/deleting mailboxes, setting permissions, changing passwords etc.
• Develop and embed the IT Policy & Procedures and ensure all staff are conversant and end user trained.
• Install and manage Video Conferencing capability and ensure 100% availability of video conferencing services
• Maintain the Web sites and platforms
• Ensure all servers and IT assets are up to date with current operating systems and applications with minimal disruption to normal work routines.
• Maintain the Companies IT asset register of all associated IT equipment including PC’s/Printers/Telephones/CCTV/Mobiles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all IT related issues including hardware/software/telephones/conferencing systems etc.
• Embed best IT Practices across the Company.
• Schedule and manage health checks of all Company IT.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports on system health/user access/permissions/security etc.
• Source and install new technology as required, in line with allocated budget and specifications.
• Maintain active directory domain services and deploy software to client-server architecture as required.
• Manage and maintain firewall and protect the networks at all times.
• Manage all network administration including maintenance of switches/router, LAN/WAN, IP Addressing and VLAN.
• Manage backups and recovery of all systems/networks/workstations/information/data.
• Manage IT Audits, vulnerability assessments, fishing and penetration testing.
• Monitor Company emails for security and content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• 3+ Years work experience in IT Support

• Excellent working knowledge Networking, IT Security, Troubleshooting, Project Management, Operation & Maintenance, Web services
• Excellent written and spoken English

• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month

Experience: Web hosting/Web design: 3 years (Preferred)
