IT Support (Microsoft Dynamics)
Job Description
Mister Baker LLC is looking for a skilled IT Support professional to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure use of technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and will be responsible for supporting the IT needs across our back office and retail outlets in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
IT Management:
- Serve as the IT in-charge, responsible for handling network infrastructure and maintaining operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Ensure that technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.
- Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure to enhance company operations.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:
- Maintain company operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at both the back office and retail outlets across the UAE.
- Create new databases and set up LS Central POS for retail stores, ensuring connectivity between Head Office servers and store servers.
- Set up and monitor all retail POS functions, including POS transactions, vouchers, gift cards, promo codes, and loyalty rewards.
System Administration:
- Create and manage user accounts and roles in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Update and manage new objects in the Dynamics NAV Development Environment.
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Maintain, repair, and upgrade operating systems, including hardware and software components.
- Maintain and secure servers, manage system backups, and prepare for disaster recovery.
- Support the implementation and planning of deletions, additions, and major changes to support regional infrastructure.
Server & Network Management:
- Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows 2012 servers.
- Configure and troubleshoot local and network printers.
- Manage IT asset inventory and prepare IT activity logs for audits.
Project Participation:
- Participate in and complete ongoing projects, such as OS migration, build/patch updates, and application version upgrades.
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide L1 support for network, user access management, server-related, and other IT issues.
- Coordinate with and follow up on the concerned support teams to resolve end-user issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve requests and incidents based on SLA through the ITSM ticketing tool.
- Communicate with third-party technical specialists as needed.
Vendor & Asset Management:
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT asset management.
- Manage and maintain all computer systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, servers, and POS systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Central POS.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Microsoft Dynamics: 2 years (Preferred)
- IT Support: 2 years (Preferred)
Location:Dubai (Preferred)
