Job Description
Prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Managing IT projects professionally. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- End-Users Support
- MS Windows issues solving and updates.
- Microsoft 365, share point, and MS Office applications issues solving experience.
- Manage IT projects and providing the required reports and updates to management.
- Coordinate with supplier and negotiate prices with them to select best suitable option.
- Providing mechanisms for identity and access management according to organizational policies
- Monitoring network infrastructure health and traffic flows
- Hardware deployment, upgrades, and support.
- Supports intranet, LAN & WAN technologies.
- Managing day to day operations
- Troubleshooting day to day issues
- Network trouble shooting experience
- Server Setup, Maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- End user device like laptop, desktop, printer troubleshooting experience
- AV and Meeting room device experience.
- Server management
- Managing configuration changes and IT workloads
- Managing software licensing and upgrades
- Setting up and authorizing software, hardware, and server resources for new users.
- EMAIL server setup & management
- Managing day to day operations
- Troubleshooting day to day issues
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
