Job Description

Our client is an IT Services and Consulting company based in Dubai, aiming to deliver outstanding and comprehensive IT services all over the world, especially in the oil and gas industry. They are looking to hire an experienced Technical Support to be part of their Dubai team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-sales consultation and technical support for information and communication system projects.
• Responsible for the preparation of technical sections in information system project bidding documents.
• Responsible for reviewing and revising technical content in contract signing.
• Contract execution management to ensure that the company’s contract execution aligns with project schedules from initiation to closure.
• Keep track of and stay updated on the latest technological developments, proactively acquire knowledge about new business areas, and continually enhance technical support service capabilities.

Required Skills

• CET-6 or equivalent certification level.
• Good communication skills, a strong aptitude for learning, and a proactive attitude.
• Candidates with international work experience or relevant certifications in the IT industry are preferred
