Job Description

• Windows server Administrator
• Network infrastructure devices and services including LAN/WAN, firewall & security.
• Managing Google G suite admin consoles
• Microsoft Office 365
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Monitoring and maintaining CCTV Systems
• Monitoring and maintaining Access Control System.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology & Provide needed information on IT products or services
• Problem-solving skills
• IT Help Desk requirements:
• Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for (2) year(s)
• BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
