Job Description

  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining tickets, workstation and performance.
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Resolve customer tickets in line with our procedures and internal tools
  • Transfer complex requests to our maintenance team (support level 3) and follow the incidents requiring greater expertise
  • Communicate the progress and resolution to our customer

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • You speak Arabic language. You enjoy being in contact with customers and have a great sense of service
  • You have a university degree with good communication skills (written and verbal) and fluently speak English, Arabic
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the helpdesk domain, tracking and qualifying customer requests, ideally in a software environment

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s (BS) degree with certificates in Arabic language
