Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the management of our ERP systems and providing comprehensive technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems. Ensure that the system runs efficiently and aligns with organizational needs.
• Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical support, including software troubleshooting, desktop support, and network support. Resolve issues related to ERP software, hardware, and connectivity.
• Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Manage data migrations, updates, and backups.
• System Upgrades: Plan and execute ERP system upgrades and patches. Test new features to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Network Support: Provide network support by resolving connectivity issues and ensuring network security and performance.
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting: Address and resolve software and hardware issues, including installations, configurations, and repairs.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure ERP systems and IT infrastructure comply with relevant regulations and standards. Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and in software troubleshooting, desktop support, and network support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software administration, configuration, and support. Experience with SQL, scripting languages, and integration tools is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
