Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to current ERP solutions
- Identify and Resolve System Issues, communication and telephone issues
- Develop policies & procedures, system and proactively suggest solutions
- Document all work and processes
- Manage projects
- Manage Backups, Email systems and Licensing renewals
- Manage/Troubleshoot MS Teams, Office365, GMAIL, VPN and Remote Connectivity
- Managing company’s website and social media accounts
- Some experience in digital marketing & graphic designing
IT Engineer Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and spoken)
- Broad knowledge of technologies and enjoys solving problems
- Core skills
- Knowledge of security protocols, IT systems, networking infrastructures and database systems
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Working with inter-disciplinary teams to craft IT solutions
- Communicating complex information to a non-technological audience
- Troubleshooting technology problems
Other skills:
- Program certifications such as, Microsoft, VMWare, SQL and Oracle
- Knowledge programming languages such as, C, C++, .NET
- Web application development and/or Android Development
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
Experience: UAE: 3 years (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Location: Dubai (Required)
