Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Basic knowledge server, active directory and networking
- Eager to learn new technologies
- IT / Networking Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
· Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
· Supporting Track and Trace project
· Support end-users through phone, remotely and directly
· Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
· Cabling and Patching cables if needed.
· Document internal procedures
· Assist with onboarding of new users
· Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
· Ensure each workstation has updated versions of applications, Antivirus etc
· Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
· Maintain inventory of all equipment
· Report all issues to the IT Engineer
· Performs tasks given by IT Engineer
· Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
· Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
· Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

Experience: IT Network Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
Education: Diploma (Preferred)
