Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize routing, switching, and cabling configurations.
- Monitor firewall logs and configurations for network security.
- Oversee access doors functionality and maintain a secure access control system.
- Administer user access management and ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Monitor and manage the biometric and attendance server for accurate user access.
- Provide support for PABX telephone systems, ensuring seamless communication (3CX knowledge is a plus).
- Hardware Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
- Implement regular hardware maintenance schedules.
- Manage network infrastructure, including access points and controllers.
- Address and resolve L1 and L2 IT issues in the school, promptly.
- Manage and update school’s social media accounts.
- Ensure the readiness of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, for scheduled photography sessions.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team and Media Team to deploy engaging multimedia content through school’s various social media platforms for promotional purposes.
