Continued growth and success have now generated a new opportunity for an experienced Computer Engineer to join the team in Nuctech Middle East FZCO. You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team where you will be expected to manage the delivery of computer maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT technical support for NUCTECH machine workstations, servers, and associated software and hardware.
• Identify, categorize, and isolate customer inquiries, issues, and challenges; resolve them or escalate to higher-level support staff or development teams as needed.
• Follow standard procedures and practices to document and report all service requests and outcomes.
• Perform other appropriate duties related to this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Certificate/Degree or equivalent, with 0-1 year of relevant experience in supporting end-users (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft/Linux operating systems and applications, as well as personal computer technology and hardware.
• Basic understanding of firewall/network security principles.
• Familiarity with domain controller environments.
• At least one Microsoft or Cisco certification is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.

Experience: Relevant experience in supporting end-users: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification: Driver’s license (Preferred)
