Job Description
Provide technical assistance, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of desktop systems to facilitate productive and efficient end-user computing.

EXPERTISE
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in IT, Computer science, Electrical, or Electronic
- 3-4years’ experience in desktop support or technical customer service roles.
- Strong understanding of desktop hardware components, peripherals, and software applications.
- Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and familiarity with their administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Understanding of security principles and practices related to desktop systems.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and group policies.
- Awareness of IT service management frameworks and incident management processes.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software-related issues.
- Exposure to remote support techniques and tools.
- Experience with imaging and deploying desktop operating systems and applications.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management workflows.
- Knowledge of asset management and inventory control practices.
- Exposure to user training and knowledge sharing activities.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Attention to detail and ability to document support activities accurately.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

- Patience and empathy when dealing with end-users’ technical issues.
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering degree in IT, Computer science, Electrical, or Electronic
