Job Responsibilities

  • Must be fluent and have excellent command of the English language both orally and in writing
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Logging incoming calls
  • MS Office skills are mandatory
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers
  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Reaching out to customers and verify account information when required
  • Greeting customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
  • Patience and flexibility required
  • Team player
  • UAE experience
  • Female candidate required
